Perth-born singer – songwriter has sold more than half a million albums and DVDs, won 12 Golden Guitar Awards, and has been nominated four times for Best Country Album at the AIRAs.
Adam has played in Townsville many times before from Dalrymple Hotel, to the Civic Theatre, to Reid Park.
The former Gold Coast resident came up to Townsville last year for the CMC North Queensland Rocks, and after the show, had a meal with the boys on Palmer Street. This gave him the idea and after another trip in October 2013 to seal the deal, he bought 30-34 Palmer St, formally Bistro 1, from a mate.
Adam is no stranger to the food industry having owned an eatery on the Gold Coast and even releasing a cookbook with former wife Jade Hatcher. The new restaurant is named Brandy’s.
