Happy Feat is a dance group formed in Townsville by Leigh Caldwell in May 2010. It is a not-for-profit community organisation for people with varying challenges ranging from down syndrome, acquired brain injuries, autism, and aspergers. The participants are aged from 15 and into their 60’s.
Past Performances
Performance at the Special Children’s Christmas Party in front of several thousand people
Performance at the Civic Theatre for the Premier’s Qld Disaster Appeal Concert (receiving the only standing ovation of the night)
Performing at the Endeavour Foundation’s 60th Birthday celebrations
Performing at the Aitkenvale PCYC for the “Super Sports Sign on Day”
Attending and performing at the NRL and Cowboy’s Christmas party at Billabong Sanctuary.
Performing at Reading Cinema for the premier of the movie “Happy Feet 2”
Performing at the “Friends of The Theatre” concert in front of 200 people.

2013 Friday May – Danced on stage with Guy Sebastian at his concert at the Entertainment Centre, Townsville receiving a standing ovation.
2013 3rd August – Performed at the Cowboys home game
2013 1st December – with Marcia Hines at the Opening Ceremony of the Special Olympic Asia Pacific Games in Newcastle, NSW
